Terms & Conditions
- Enrollment, membership and all related
benefits of the IMPACT REWARD$ program are offered at the discretion
of Schierl Companies. By applying for and using the IMPACT
REWARD$ Tag, the participant agrees that he/she has read and
understands the current IMPACT REWARD$ Terms and Conditions
and is bound by all of them, as they may be changed from time
to time. It is the participant’s obligation to keep
informed of the latest IMPACT REWARD$ Terms and Conditions. A
copy of the current IMPACT REWARD$ Terms and Conditions may
be obtained at any participating Schierl Companies retail
location.
- IMPACT REWARD$ participants must complete and
submit the IMPACT REWARD$ Participant Application in order to receive
and use the IMPACT REWARD$ key tag. The cost of the key tag is $3.00.
- Points may be earned at participating The
Store, Schierl Tire & Service, participating Central Wisconsin Subways
and premises of The Store, Schierl Tire & Service participating,
Central Wisconsin Subway Partners for qualifying purchases (as specified
by Schierl Companies) using approved payment means. Points are
issued upon the pre-tax amount of qualifying purchases.
- Points will not be accumulated for the following
purchases: lottery tickets, money orders, Western Union Money
transfers, or third party services.
Other products may be excluded at Schierl Companies discretion
without notice.
- Participants must present a valid IMPACT
REWARD$ Tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the time
of purchase. Points will not be awarded without a valid IMPACT
REWARD$ Tag or for previous purchases. Points have no cash
value and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Only one IMPACT REWARD$ Tag per Guest. Points
may not be combined or transferred between participants.
- IMPACT REWARD$ coupons may be redeemed at
any participating The Store, Schierl Tire & Service, participating
Subway, and participating Cousins location, unless otherwise specified,
so long as the reward item is available at the location.
- To be accepted by any participating The Store,
Schierl Tire & Service, participating Central Wisconsin Subway or
Partner, reward coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged.
Duplicates of original reward coupons will not be accepted. Validation
of participant details may be required in order to redeem reward.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged reward coupons will
not be replaced.
- Schierl Companies is not responsible
for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points, however
these may be replaced at Schierl Companies discretion provided
Guest has completed and submitted a complete IMPACT REWARD$ application.
- Schierl Companies is not responsible
for any errors or omissions with regard to the IMPACT REWARD$
program. Schierl Companies is also not responsible for any
lost or unauthorized use of IMPACT REWARD$ points or for any redemption
of IMPACT REWARD$ points in the IMPACT REWARD$ program.
- All IMPACT REWARD$ Tags are licensed to
Schierl Companies and tag ownership does not transfer to the Participant.
Schierl Companies may cancel any IMPACT REWARD$ Tag at any
time at its sole discretion.
- Schierl Companies may: (a) change or limit
any aspect of the IMPACT REWARD$ program; (b) amend the IMPACT REWARD$
Terms and Conditions, benefits or features, in whole or in part;
(c) discontinue or replace any rewards or prizes with a similar
one of lesser, equal or greater value; (d) modify, delete or terminate
any or all of the IMPACT REWARD$ program at any, or all, participating
locations at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect
outstanding transactions and IMPACT REWARD$ points, and may include,
but are not limited to, the number of points required to receive rewards,
the type of transactions qualifying for points and the type of rewards.
- If a participant’s IMPACT REWARD$
Tag is inactive for 12 months or longer, the participant’s
IMPACT REWARD$ Tag may be canceled at Schierl Companies sole
discretion, without notice.
