Q: What is "IMPACT
REWARD$"?
A: IMPACT REWARD$ is a Guest Rewards Club offering points to earn
Free Stuff. Every purchase you make at The Store, Schierl Tire and
Service Centers and participating central WI Subway restaurants you
earns points, with those points your earn FREE stuff! Simply swipe
your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag at the pump or inside. Your point's status
can be instantly reviewed and rewards can be redeemed at your convenience.
No other program is as simple and as powerful as IMPACT REWARD$.
Q: How does "IMPACT
REWARD$" WORK?
A: Your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag fits right on your key chain.
IMPACT REWARD$ uses real time internet and other sophisticated software
to track your points making your life easier and free of paper punch cards.
Q: How much do I have
to pay to be an "IMPACT REWARD$" member?
A: The key tag costs $3.00 and it's the best $3.00 you will ever spend.
You immediately receive $1.00 off your next purchase and immediately
start accumulating points.
Q: How do I use my "IMPACT
REWARD$" in The Store?
A: When you're making a purchase at the register, the light labeled
"Points" on the IMPACT REWARD$ scanner will light up. This
is your signal to touch your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag to the designated
area on the scanner. The "Points" light will then flash
signaling your points were awarded. The light labeled "Rewards"
on the IMPACT REWARD$ scanner will light up to signal when you have
earned an IMPACT REWARD$ Reward Coupon. It's that simple.
Q: Do I have to keep track
of my points?
A: No, you do not have to keep track of your points in order to collect
your rewards. IMPACT REWARD$ technology does all the work and tracks
your points and rewards for you.
Q: How can I find out
how many points I have accumulated?
A: When you're inside an IMPACT REWARD$ location go to the IMPACT
REWARD$ Guest Reward Center where the printer is located. Simply
touch your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag to the printer. The printer will
print out a point status report listing your current point total
and how far you are away from your next reward. You can also view
your point status online at www.impactrewards.com.
Q: How do I print my
rewards?
A: You can print IMPACT REWARD$ reward coupons at the printer. This
is located inside any of our IMPACT REWARD$ locations at the Guest
Reward Center. Simply touch your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag to the designated
area on the printer and your reward(s) will print. The printer light
will flash indicating the key tag was properly read and the system is
preparing to print. Your earned reward coupons will then print out. The
IMPACT REWARD$ printer will print out up to five (5) coupons at a time,
whenever applicable. If you have accumulated more than five (5) IMPACT
REWARD$ Reward Coupon, simply repeat the process explained above until
all of your reward coupons have been printed.
Q: How do I redeem my
points for rewards?
A: Choose the item you would like to redeem and take the item to the
register along with your IMPACT REWARD$ reward coupon. An Associate
will do the rest.
Q: What items are not
eligible for point accrual?
A: Items not eligible for point accrual at this time are third
party sales. (Money orders, stamps, licenses, event tickets,
lottery tickets, charitable donations who determine they are
not eligible, etc.)
Q: How do I know when
I have earned rewards?
A: There are four ways for you to determine if you have earned a
reward:
- When your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag is used
at the gasoline pump, a message will alert you that you have earned
a reward and how many points you are away from your next reward.
- When the IMPACT REWARD$ key tag is used
at the register, the "Reward" light on the IMPACT REWARD$
scanner will light up.
- Each time the IMPACT REWARD$ key tag is
used at the IMPACT REWARD$ printer, earned rewards will automatically
print (up to five reward coupons at a time with the lower level
rewards printing first). A Point Status Report will also print.
- You can go to www.impactrewards.com
and follow the instructions for information about your rewards and point status.
Q: What do I do if I forget
my tag?
A: Unfortunately you must have your key tag present at the time
of purchase to have points assigned.
Q: What do I do if I lose
my tag? Will I lose my points?
A: You may purchase a new key tag for $3.00. You will receive $1.00
off of your next purchase. After completing an Exception form with
an Associate, we will merge your key tags into one so you will not
lose any of your previous points. Please be sure to put your new
IMPACT REWARD$ key tag# on the form. Points will be transferred to
your new key tag within 3-4 weeks.
Q: Why didn't all of my
reward coupons print out?
A: The IMPACT REWARD$ printer will only print 5 coupons at a time.
You simply need to touch your key tag to the printer again and up
to 5 more reward coupons will print. Repeat until no further IMPACT
REWARD$ Reward Coupons print.
Q: Do I have to "cash
in" points for some rewards or do I keep on building points
even after a certain level has been hit and a coupon issued?
A: Points will continue to accumulate and build. Your points will
not go away, you won't use them up and they don't need to be "cashed in"
in order to receive rewards. Rewards are earned incrementally for
each available reward. It works similar to the how your odometer and
trip odometer work on your vehicle.
- Your total points (like mileage on an odometer) will continue to climb.
- Your rewards are similar to a trip odometer. Each reward level has
its own "trip odometer" and when you reach the required number of points
for a reward level it will roll over to 0 and begin again as your total
points continue to accumulate.
- When enough points have been earned for a particular reward, it will
automatically print the next time you uses the IMPACT REWARD$ key tag at
the Guest Reward Center printer.
*You will not have a choice of which reward
coupons will print. It is automatic.
Q: Are all rewards based
on points I've earned?
A: Some IMPACT REWARD$ Reward Coupons are based on the points you have
earned and some may be given out randomly. You may also receive some
rewards as result of a club item purchase such as a particular product
where you buy 8 get 1 free. When you reach the number required for the
club you will automatically receive on FREE.
Q: Will my points ever
be reset or will they continue to accrue indefinitely?
A: Points for a particular reward are only reset when the reward
has been earned. Your total points will continue to accumulate.
Q: Can I substitute a
prize of equal value if I do not want one of the items on the list?
A: Unfortunately, you will need to choose from one of the items
listed on the reward coupon. Many of the rewards offered are
specified by a particular vendor.
Q: May I turn in several
lower point level rewards for a higher point level reward?
A: Unfortunately the system doesn't work that way. You may not turn
in several lower point level rewards for a higher point level reward.
Q: How do I use the tag
at the pump?
A: You simply touch your IMPACT REWARD$ key tag on the diagram of
the tag on the messenger unit at the pump during
fueling. After the key tag has been read, you will hear a beep
and a message will play thanking you and providing information
regarding your points and rewards.
Q: Can I come inside and
receive points for a fuel purchase that was paid for at the pump?
A: Yes, if you forget to use your key tag while paying at the pump,
you can receive your points inside. You simply ask an Associate
to reprint the receipt for your pay-at-the-pump transaction. You
will not be able to get points twice as points are awarded based
on each transaction.
Q: How do I get points
when I prepay fuel?
A: You need to place your key tag at the pump during fueling or
inside after the transaction is complete. To receive points for an
inside pre-pay transaction, simply touch your key tag to the outdoor
audio scanner at the pump during fueling.
Q: Can I combine my points
with other family members?
A: Points are accumulated on an individual basis only. Each family
member would need to have their own key tag.
Q: Do the points or reward coupons have
an expiration date?
A: Reward Coupons will expire 30 days from
the time the reward is printed. Some Schierl Tire and Service Center
rewards have a longer expiration period. Points do not have an
expiration date attached to them.
Q: What are the IMPACT
REWARD$ point values for my various purchases?
A: Point values are 10 points per gallon and 10 points for every
$1.00 at The Store. Subway Point values are 20 points per $1.00
and Schierl Tire and Service Centers are 5 points per $1.00.
Q: Is the tax included
in my points toward a purchase?
A: No. The tax on a purchase does not count toward your total points.
Q: What if I forget to
use my tag before the light goes out?
A: An Associate would be happy to reprint a receipt and then you
may touch your key tag to the point scanner again. The system will
only issue points once for the same transaction.
Q: What happens to my
points when the system is down?
A: You will be asked to write your name, address and key tag ID
number on the receipt or on an exception report. An Associate
will send the transaction and report to the main office for manual
entry. Be assured you will indeed receive the points for the transaction.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for updating.
Q: Will I still receive points
when the printer says "status unavailable"?
A: Yes, you will receive points. The system will store your purchase
points until the printer's status is available.
Q: What do I do when my
tag is not working?
A: If your key tag is not working properly, let an Associate know and
they will be happy to issue you a new key tag. Please turn in the
non-working key tag to the Associate. You will not lose your points;
they will be transferred to your new key tag with in 3-4 weeks.
Q: If my address or
information changes what do I do?
A: Simply go to www.impactrewards.com and
update your information under "contact us".
